How To Shop

Shopping Online is Easy

Shopping with WS Bespoke is a three step process: browsing for garments, adding to cart, and checking out.

We offer a number of uniform & workwear customisation options available for view at our customisation page. Each product page clearly displays which customisations are available for that particular item.

How do I browse garments?

We provide a number of sorting options. If you look at the top of the page, you will find categories divided by corporate sectors, each containing categories with handpicked garments relevant to that sector.

On the left sidebar you can see all available types of products within the chosen category. Click one to browse it.

How do I choose size?

If an item has different sizes available, you will find a button saying "Choose Sizes and Quantities", click this button to enter desired quantities of different sizes of an item.

How do I choose colour or fabric?

For garments that come in multiple colours or fabrics you get presented with the available choices on the individual product screens. Simply click on the colour or fabric swatch to load the garment in the chosen colour. If you can't find a garment of the colour you're looking for, don't hesitate to contact us.

What garment customisations do you offer?

All our available customisation options can be seen if you press the blue customisation link in the header. They include printing, embroidery, photo transfer, labelling, tax tabbing, applique, and vinyl cuts.

How do I apply customisations to my garments?

You first need to add the garment you want to customise to your basket, then navigate to the customisation page through the link in the header. Any customisations available for the garments in your basket will be highlighted.

How do I know items for large quantity are available in stock?

To make sure, please call us before putting the order through our system.

When do I have to log in?

Never! You may complete the entire purchasing process as a guest if you wish. However, signing up for an account with us comes with several benefits, like tracking your orders online, saving your customisations to quickly apply them to future orders, and having custom products, unique to you, made available under your account.

If you wish to access your account and order history, you will find the a link to Your Account at the top of the website.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes, please call us.

Where can I find information about a product?

When browsing the product grid, click on a single item to be taken to the individual product page. Here you can read more about the product, as well as see more pictures if available. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us.
